Setting a new benchmark in residential seniors living. Consisting of 33 residential seniors living apartments, with extensive onsite facilities, including conservatory, health club, salon, day spa, swimming pool, cinema, and other communal areas.

The challenges of this project include extensive alterations and refurbishment of an existing heritage building and the construction of a 2 level basement with limited access which is to be constructed alongside the rear of the existing dwelling in order to incorporate the dwelling to the main complex.

Rosewell group has worked collaboratively with the developer in order to maintain buildability whilst ensuring the original design intent is achieved.
