Nestled at the half way point of Rockdale and Brighton le sands, Garnet St Rockdale consists of 56 high end apartments over 4 levels with a 2 level basement. Rosewell Group were engaged by ongoing client Resibuilt to manage the statutory approval, design development and construction phases of the project.

This project consisted of many challenges including the isolation and removal of contaminated material off site and the management of excessive groundwater during bulk excavation.

Through thorough analysis of the existing site and geotechnical conditions, Rosewell Group were able to effectively manage these challenges by collaborating with the project team to develop and implement the required controls on site. This ensured that the works were able to proceed whilst maintaining the clients original target programme.
